Barwon Bioenergy Forum 10th June 2026
The Barwon Bioenergy Forum brought together more than 90 participants from across Victoria’s bioenergy value chain at Waurn Ponds Estate, Deakin University on 10 June 2026. Water utilities, project developers, engineers, financiers, feedstock producers, and policy advocates spent the day exploring what it will actually take to build a viable bioenergy industry in Victoria — from on-farm biogas and water utility circular economy strategy through to biomethane certification, project financing, renewable liquid fuels, and international export pathways.
